Shipment Frequently Asked Questions:
How long does it take for my order to ship?
Typically 3-5 business days. In certain cases it may take up to 7-10 business days due to circumstances such as extreme weather delays.
USPS' tracking information for my order states that my item has been delivered but I didn't receive my package. What should I do?
Please see our page on "Guide to a lost or stolen USPS package". We highly recommend having signature confirmation for your packages with USPS due to increases in package thefts.
Standard Shipping Methods (Ground, and Priority Mail)
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact for help in choosing the right shipping method to get it there on time!
Expedited Shipping (Express and ASAP)
Orders must be received by 10 a.m. EST to ship same day. If received after 10 a.m., orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), as FedEx does not deliver expedited orders on weekends.

For Contiguous US
We are shipping from California. This means that orders will take generally 5-7 business days. Depending on peak seasons or even delays with USPS orders can even take as long as 2 weeks.
