1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

1. The Spring Giveaway ("Promotion") consists of 3 prizes, as outlined below, selected via entry through Instagram
2.         The entry period is valid from 3/18/25 through 3/23/25 at 12:59 PST (the “Entry Period”). To enter, participants (“Entrants”) must follow the steps outlined in the giveaway post on Instagram.
3.         By participating, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with these Official Rules and the decisions of Provence Beauty, LLC (“Sponsor”), located at 17021 Kingsview Avenue, Carson, CA 90746, which are final and binding in all respects.
   

2. ELIGIBILITY

Open to residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
        Proof of U.S. residency may be required. Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of Provence Beauty, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, or partners are not eligible to enter.
        Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

To enter, Entrants must:

Entries must be submitted during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person, unless specified otherwise. Multiple entries beyond the stated limit will be disqualified. No automated entries, bots, or third-party services are allowed.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected at random on 3/24/25 by 1pm PST. Each winner (“Winner”) will be contacted via direct message and must respond within 24 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the stated timeframe may result in disqualification, and an alternate Winner may be selected. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules before awarding any prize.

5. PRIZES

The Winner(s) will each receive: One (1) Sienna Studio trinket dish, 1 Provence Beauty Tinted Glace Hydrating Lip Oil in Peach Moscato and 1 Super Fraiche Brightening Eye Cream
        Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of equal or greater value at its discretion.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes. By accepting a prize, Winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, and submission for promotional purposes without further compensation,
        unless prohibited by law. Prizes are awarded “as is,” and Sponsor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize’s condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. ODDS

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Provence Beauty, its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and their respective employees, officers, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses
        arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for: Technical malfunctions, lost entries, or unauthorized access to the Promotion. Errors in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries.

9. DISPUTES

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively by the courts located in Los Angeles, California,
        and Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. PRIVACY

Personal information collected during the Promotion is subject to Provence Beauty’s Privacy Policy, which can be found at [insert link to privacy policy].

11. NO AFFILIATION

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, TikTok, or any other social platform. Entrants release these platforms from any responsibility.

12. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity, subject to applicable laws.
